Bfp's gone, sort of, though she or someone else, has set up the site so we can get to her awesome posts, which is awesome.

Gramatically speaking, "who" ever is to blame (it's the subject of "....is to blame").
Conversely, it'd be "Whom do you blame?" b/c there's no verb for it.
The easiest way to get it right it to replace who with he (has no m) and whom with him (has the m)and see if it sounds right.
